Amanda’s extensive experience within the construction sector and ability to build rapport quickly build trusting relationships with the coachees to develop and grow their management skills.

She has also developed and delivered a bespoke programme to two people in a recruitment company that was new to managing others. The programme consisted of a 360-degree questionnaire and reported two online training sessions and 3-4 coaching sessions.
